Transforming the Dude Perfect brand by manifesting their enormous digital presence with over 60M subscribers into a physical destination, visitors of this futuristic attraction will be immersed in fully activated, themed activities where they can try their hand at the games and stunts made famous by the wildly popular digital brand and ascend through a series of floors leading up five stories. Destined to redefine the city skyline, the site’s iconic 330 foot “Impossible Shot” tower is a focal beacon of the Dude Perfect brand known for their impossible trick shots. Outdoors, the five-acre park-like outdoor entertainment area will be a destination in and of itself, a hub of activity offering events such as concerts, Dude Perfect shows, community events and seasonal attractions.
