Napa, Redefined — A new paradigm of regenerative hospitality
Set against the rolling hills of Napa’s Carneros region, this landmark property reimagines the historic vernacular of the valley’s early agrarian roots through a refined, contemporary lens. Designed as an immersive, sensory experience, the site invites exploration—meandering trails connect a working winery, a culinary destination celebrating hyper-local ingredients, and a wellness retreat of global caliber.
Airy, detached cottages inspired by the region’s early farmstead buildings are thoughtfully placed across the landscape, offering serene privacy and panoramic views of lavender fields, orchards, and vineyards. The architectural language balances rustic heritage with elevated simplicity and romanticism—natural local materials such as weathered timber and honed stone subtly echo the surrounding terroir. Conceived with sustainability at its core, the project is designed to the standards of WELL Silver and to achieve net-zero energy, with integrated solar strategies and long-term investments in water conservation to honor and preserve the ecology of the region.
